About your tutor... 
Danielle Hatherley is a painter with over twenty years experience as a professional artist. She grew up in Sydney, Australia and spent many years painting the beautiful beach and harbor scenes of her city, en plein air. Danielle has been commissioned to produce paintings for some of Sydney’s top luxury hotels. Her work hangs in corporate and private collections around the world and has also been featured on an exclusive range of greeting cards in Australia

Danielle owned and operated The Plein Air Painting School in Australia for many years before moving to the United States. After recently moving to Manhattan, the sights of the city inspired her to launch The Plein Air Painting School in New York City.
