Introduction to Art Drawing Classes

Introduction To Art Drawing Classes are three hour classes held on Saturday mornings or Saturday afternoons and some week day mornings throughout summer. Your tutor Danielle will have an easel set up in front of you and will be teaching through demonstration and description. She will show you;

- how to break down the composition in front of you in to simple, easy to understand shapes, which will make the process of drawing easier for you
- how to use different drawing materials to create different effects
- how to assess and apply appropriate tonal values to your drawing
- how to create depth and a focal point in your drawings

You will finish this three hour class with a wealth of information and greater confidence in approaching drawing going forward.

* There are no drawing classes scheduled for the rest of the 2014 season. Please see the 'Saturday Classes' or 'Workshops' page for your painting options.
